Mabely, best realtor there is! My sister & I bought a house together for the 1st time and this wouldn’t have been possible without Mabely’s help & her relator superpowers!!! Not only did she help us get our dream home but she was there every step of the way guiding us and was available 24/7. She also met with our parents and answered any questions they had. She helped us close on our home in less than a month. We’re so blessed that we were able to work with Mabely, she’s an angel and the sweetest ever! She made the process simple and easy. Her negotiation skills are on point as well, as she was able to get me a good deal. She was also always avaliable and just a text/call away. I am still learning all the time from her and her experience. We closed about 1.5 months ago and I still message her with any questions that have come up since. I went through a few real estate agents before being matched with Mabely. I was looking for someone with a sense of urgency, follow-through, assertiveness, and who would communicate every step of the way with me - Mabely was all of those things. She was patient with me during the high anxiety Austin housing frenzy and I felt like I was in good hands the whole way. She followed up on a property we were interested in even though we thought it was no longer active, and it turned out to be the property we closed on after a grueling 12 month search. Mabely is a smart and supportive agent. I picked her out from other renowned agents in the Austin area after doing a 1:1 buyer consultation with all because I felt that she will be able to provide the guidance and hand-holding I will need throughout the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't be more happy to have her by my side. She coordinated and facilitated the communication and planning with the seller and other stake holders (house inspector, builder walkthroughs, etc.) for the most part, making my life so much easier. She regularly drove past my house and took videos/pictures to keep me posted of the construction progress. This was super useful as I moved from out-of-state and didn't have the luxury of visiting the site in-person.
